  • Finalization of time management system for each package with necessary consultation to various executing agencies and in conformity to the Milestone chart.
  • Effective control of quality system at site and periodic reporting, suggest suitable methods to improve upon the performance of the vendor.
  • Micro level Resource Scheduling and Monitoring.
  • Review the progress, work out possible cost and time over run, work out earned value, and suggest suitable cost saving methods or crashing techniques.
  • Conduct progress review meetings, and necessary follow up.
  • Periodic safety audit and enforcement of safety norms.
  • Scrutiny and certification of Contractor's billing.
